7 habits that can Damaging Poor Brain

The brain is a vital organ in our body. The brain that controls every inch of our bodies. It should we keep our treasure well as thinking beings. But sometimes we unconsciously actually damage the brain slowly. What is this? Our bad habits that can damage the brain itself. Here are seven bad habits that can damage the brain.

1. No Breakfast

2. Overeat
